You drive the same road every weekend to your least favorite place in the world because you have no choice. When you don't have to do it anymore, what do you say to the road? How do you parse through everything?

Letters To That Road is the true story of four years of travels down Georgia state route 316 to the city of Athens. It's a reflection on what it means to be separated from where you'd rather be and what happens when you have far too much time to think.

This is my submission to NaNoTwiMo 2019, theme "Write what you know." I know this road like the back of my hand...however unfortunate that may be.
